Signs of support for Ukraine

Many member assemblies of the CALRE wanted to show signs of support for Ukraine. Here is the compilation of these.

🇧🇪 Parlement de Wallonie

At the opening of the plenary session of 9 March 2022, President Marcourt made a point of condemning in the strongest terms the military aggression carried out by Russia according to the will of its president.
Deploring the situation which sees the integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine despised and the peace and freedom flouted, he addressed, on behalf of all the parliamentarians, a thought to the Ukrainian citizens, in particular to their President Volodymyr Zelensky, and to their representatives within the Rada in Kyiv, but also to the Belgians who are on Ukrainian soil.
Welcoming the unity displayed by the European institutions, he finally indicated that Wallonia would not fail Ukraine and was delighted that, alongside the support of the authorities, the donations made by citizens and the welcoming refugees are all concrete signs of support.
