SELECTION CRITERIA FOR THE BEST

REGIONAL COUNCILS INITIATIVES

The proposal aims to bring out best practice and initiatives adopted by the European Regional Assemblies which are members of CALRE, that are concretely improving an aspect or sector of the economic, cultural and social life of their territories and  communities, while underlining the positive impact of the European Institutions in regional realities.

For this second edition, all projects referring to the period 2015 – 2016 will be taken into account.

The best initiatives will be presented during next CALRE Plenary Assembly.

Who can participate?

The award is addressed to the regional legislative assemblies, members of the Conference of the European Regional Legislative Assemblies (CALRE).

 What kind of projects?

Regional laws or administrative acts and any best practice involving regional parliaments at the European level. Not only legislative initiatives, but also projects showing the participation of local and regional assemblies to the ascendant and descendant phase for the elaboration and application of the European law, as well as, the use of innovative participation tools.

 How to participate

Participants should complete the participation form (including an English version) and send it back to CALRE General Secretariat at:

calre2017@parlamentodeandalucia.es

The applications received will be uploaded on CALRE web site www.calrenet.eu in a section designed for CALRE Award.

Deadlines

The completed forms must be sent within 2 June 2017.

 Selection

The applications will be assessed during the second CALRE Standing Committee of 29th June.

Closing event

The best projects will be awarded during CALRE Plenary Assembly which will be held in November.

Topic of the 2017 Edition

During this second edition it is proposed to keep a free topic letting each single parliament able to value and select those experiences which they are willing to submit to CALRE’s attention.

CRITERIOS DE SELECCIÓN PARA LAS MEJORES

INICIATIVAS DE ASAMBLEAS REGIONALES

La propuesta pretende poner de manifiesto las mejores prácticas e iniciativas adoptadas por las Asambleas Regionales Europeas miembros de la CALRE, que concretamente estén mejorando un aspecto o sector de la vida económica, cultural y social de sus territorios y comunidades, subrayando el impacto positivo de las instituciones europeas en las realidades regionales.

Para esta segunda edición, se tendrán en cuenta todos los proyectos referentes al periodo 2015-2016.

Las mejores iniciativas serán presentadas durante la próxima Asamblea Plenaria de CALRE.

CRITERIOS DE SELECCIÓN

 ¿Quién puede participar?

El premio está dirigido a las asambleas legislativas regionales, miembros de la Conferencia de las Asambleas Legislativas Regionales de Europa (CALRE).

¿Qué tipo de proyectos?

Legislación o actos administrativos regionales y cualquier práctica óptima que implique a los parlamentos regionales a nivel europeo. No sólo iniciativas legislativas, sino también proyectos que muestren la participación de las asambleas locales y regionales en la fase ascendente y descendente para la elaboración y aplicación de la ley europea, así como el uso de herramientas de participación innovadoras.

¿Cómo se puede participar?

Los interesados deben completar el formulario (incluida versión en inglés) y enviarlo a la Secretaría General de CALRE en:

calre2017@parlamentodeandalucia.es

Las solicitudes recibidas se cargarán en el sitio web de CALRE www.calrenet.eu en una sección diseñada para el Premio CALRE.

Plazos

Los formularios cumplimentados deberán enviarse antes del 2 de junio de 2017.

Selección

Las solicitudes serán evaluadas durante el segundo Comité Permanente de CALRE del 29 de junio.

Evento final

Los mejores proyectos serán galardonados durante la Asamblea Plenaria de CALRE que se celebrará en noviembre.

Tema de la edición de 2017

Durante esta segunda edición se propone mantener un tema libre que permita a cada parlamento poder valorar y seleccionar aquellas experiencias que están dispuestos a someter a la atención de CALRE.
