CALRE unites seventy-four Presidents of European regional legislative assemblies: the Parliaments of the Spanish communities, Italian Regional Assemblies, the Federated States of Germany and Austria, the Portuguese Regions of l'Açores and Madeira, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland in the United Kingdom, Ǻland Islands in Finland and Belgian communities and Regional Chambers.
